Once we test, locate and properly identify the leak, break or defect in your piping system, our  licensed plumber will determine the best location to create an access hole. An access hole is a 3 ft wide and 5 ft deep hole that is dug on the side, front or rear of your foundation. Our highly skilled excavators will then dig a 3ft x 3ft tunnel that runs parallel to the slab so that we can start repairs on the pipe.

Once the repairs have been completed, an inspector from the city in which you reside in will come out to verify that the repairs were done in accordance with local and state plumbing codes. After passing the inspection we will fill in the access hole with dirt. Two pipes will be left above grade level to aid in filling the tunnel with flowable fill. Flowable fill is a mixture of sand cement and fly ash that will fill most cavities and has an extremely low shrinkage rate. This helps your newly installed encapsulated pipes to remain in place and avoid breaking or coming apart.
